Shipping

We ship all our name brand cosmetic products and LIFE EXTENSION® supplements all over the United States. We ONLY ship prescription medications to the U.S. state of Florida. We do not ship internationally. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We ship all our products though FEDEX, shipping date & shipping quote estimates will automatically be calculated on the checkout page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights may be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

Please keep in mind that the products ( All cosmetics & LIFE EXTENSION® Supplements ) we sell are not manufactured by Pure Pharmacy.

Please contact the manufacturer at the phone number on product packaging if you have any questions about the product or any other product-related concerns.

Please email info@purepharmacysobe.com with your order number (as stated in the subject line of your "Order Confirmation") if you wish to request a refund. 

All returns must be mailed prepaid and accompanied by a return authorization code within 30 days after receipt. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. We do not accept returns on items that have been opened.

Also, Probiotics, perishable items, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items, gift cards, and clearance items cannot be returned.
